Job summary

Industrial Electric Manufacturing seeks a Maintenance Scheduler & Planner to coordinate preventive, corrective, and planned maintenance, serving as the MainX administrator and keeper of maintenance data. You’ll work with Maintenance, Production, and other teams to keep equipment reliable and schedules on track.

You’ll develop daily to long-range maintenance plans, assign work to technicians, manage spare parts, and generate performance reports to drive continuous improvement across the plant in

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical maintenance education preferred.
• 2–5 years in maintenance planning, scheduling, CMMS administration, inventory control, or a related role.
• Experience with CMMS; MainX experience preferred.
• Understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance processes.
• Experience with spare parts and maintenance inventory management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary MainX administrator for the Maintenance Department.
• Maintain equipment, assets, work orders, and maintenance records in MainX.
• Create and close maintenance work orders following procedures.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules in MainX.
• Monitor overdue and upcoming work orders and report status.
• Coordinate daily, weekly, and longer maintenance schedules.
• Balance planned and emergency maintenance with production needs.
• Track maintenance KPIs and generate performance reports.
