Maintenance Planner Scheduler 1st shift

Leading precision manufacturing company has immediate openings for Maintenance Planner and Scheduler on 1st shift.

What you need

Feintool Tennessee, Inc. is a precision metal-stamping manufacturer of automotive parts. We have a full-time opportunity available for experienced Maintenance Planner and Scheduler on 1st Shift. This is an hourly position that is eligible for overtime pay.

Your responsibility in this role is to perform equipment maintenance and repairs.

Some of what you will do

• Summary of Function: Interact with multiple departments to plan and schedule Maintenance activities.
• Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work with purchasing to ensure correct parts are ordered for departments and projects.
• Serve as the point of contact for all building contractors, providing and communicating schedules of all contractor activities.
• Maintain and optimize systems to track delivery and storage of required components.
• Develop maintenance plans and PM schedules with required parts, manpower, and equipment to meet production needs.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure project demands are met on time.
• Facilitate meetings to coordinate timing and equipment releases for scheduled maintenance.
• Provide updates to management on the status of scheduled maintenance and identify potential inhibitors.
• Notify all parties immediately of any setbacks that could delay completion.
• Communicate scheduled maintenance activities with the Maintenance team.
• Other duties as assigned by the Manager.

What we will need from you

• Technical school training in electronic controls or industrial maintenance, or 10 years of hands-on experience with automation machines.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in electrical and hydraulic equipment maintenance preferred.
• Experience with hydraulic pumps, valves, and electrical controls.
• Ability to read PLC ladder logic, preferably Siemens or Allen Bradley.
• Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
• Knowledge of three-phase motor controls, AC/DC servo drives.
• Team-oriented attitude.
• Good attendance and background record.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
