About your new company:

About your new role:

As a Production Planner/Scheduler, you will manage designated accounts with daily to weekly planning to ensure customer requirements are met. Additional responsibilities include requisitioning materials based on lead times, tooling, labor capacity, and customer specifications, while minimizing inventory levels. Purchase orders are acknowledged within three working days. Daily raw material checks and coordination of the 24-hour schedule are performed, with issues addressed with the Production Unit Manager. The role also involves expediting materials and customer orders, managing aged inventory and Kanban systems, and coordinating new job information. Tool Repair Notices are reviewed, and concerns related to production are communicated. Accurate records and documentation are maintained, and information is created in ROSS systems.

What you need:

1. High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
2. Exceptional attention to detail.
3. Proven ability to efficiently organize and prioritize tasks, with experience meeting multiple deadlines.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in both hard copy and electronic formats. Skilled in multitasking while managing constant interruptions.
5. Proficient in PC use and various system applications, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Accurate typing skills and strong mathematical aptitude.
7. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Your hours:

1st Shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
