Job summary

Lineage Logistics seeks a maintenance planning coordinator to prioritize, schedule, and track predictive maintenance across facilities and customer assets. You will work with leadership to secure approvals, coordinate with vendors, and ensure resource availability while maintaining CMMS/EAM systems and compliance records.

You will collaborate with safety and environmental teams, escalate approvals as thresholds are met, and support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and costs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years’ data entry experience and/or 2 years’ fleet maintenance coordination or related experience.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work to ensure timely deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to input data with a high accuracy rating and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing PPE.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, plan, schedule, coordinate, and follow up all maintenance work.
• Work with maintenance leadership to obtain approval on all plans and resources.
• Coordinate with maintenance vendors for timely repairs.
• Communicate resource schedules including potential shutdowns to leadership.
• Maintain CMMS/EAM and update work orders and metrics.
• Track and maintain compliance program records and audit items.
• Interface with safety compliance and environmental resources as needed.
• Provide feedback on continuous operating improvement.
