Job summary

Lineage seeks a Maintenance Planner/Coordinator to prioritize, plan, schedule, and follow up all predictive maintenance tasks within the facility and on Lineage assets. You will manage labor, parts, and equipment access while adhering to safety standards.

You will collaborate with maintenance leadership, coordinate with vendors, and maintain CMMS/EAM systems to produce timely reports and ensure compliance. A flexible schedule and detail-oriented approach are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2 years’ data entry experience and/or 2 years’ fleet maintenance coordination or related experience.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work to ensure timely deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to input data with a high accuracy rating and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided PPE.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed or on a rotational basis.
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, plan, schedule, coordinate, and follow up all plannable and predictive maintenance work.
• Coordinate and communicate with maintenance vendors for timely repair of equipment.
• Maintain CMMS/EAM systems to update work orders and track metrics.
• Track and maintain compliance program records and provide status updates.
• Interface with safety compliance committee and environmental resources for questions.
