Job summary

Controlled Environments Company (CEC) seeks a Maintenance, Planner, Scheduler (MPS) to optimize maintenance planning for a leading multinational client. You will coordinate daily and long-term maintenance activities to improve asset reliability and uptime across critical processes.

In this embedded team, you will manage parts inventory, create work orders, and analyze data to drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Proficiency with CMMS/EAM (Maximo preferred) and ERP systems (SAP MES desirable).
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage daily and long-term maintenance schedules.
• Create, validate, and prioritize work orders with labor and parts details.
• Lead planning and scheduling meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement with vendors.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and client standards.
• Analyze maintenance performance data to drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate upcoming maintenance work to operations.
• Submit factory impact requests and coordinate with engineering and operations.
• Support sustainability initiatives through energy- and waste-reducing strategies.
