Job summary

Lignetics is seeking a Maintenance Planner to plan and schedule the plant's maintenance program and optimize asset performance. The role involves developing Bills of Materials for equipment and entering them into the CMMS, creating maintenance routines for wear components, and setting up auto-reorder for spare parts.

You will generate daily work orders, manage KPIs, and lead outage planning, while closely collaborating with the Maintenance Manager, Production Leader, and Craft to ensure

Qualifications

• Requires previous use of a CMMS to plan and schedule work.
• Requires a high standard of housekeeping and organization.
• Must have a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach on the plant floor to collect information and troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule the maintenance program at the plant.
• Develop detailed Bills of Materials for equipment and enter into CMMS.
• Develop maintenance routines for wear components and enter into CMMS.
• Determine spare parts and organize the storeroom.
• Set up auto-reorder in CMMS and order/receive parts.
• Generate work orders and work packages daily and support execution.
• Manage KPIs for the maintenance function.
• Lead planning for major outages.
• Understand equipment operations to plan improvements.
