Job summary

Inframark is seeking a highly organized Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to support reliability and performance of critical infrastructure assets in Suwanee, GA. The role plans, schedules, and coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize uptime and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, industrial maintenance, construction, utilities, or related fields.
• Proficiency with CMMS software such as eEns, JobCal, Maximo, or SAP PM.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with scheduling, budgeting, inventory, and purchasing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance work orders and schedules using CMMS platforms.
• Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, including labor, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Work closely with maintenance supervisors and plant management to minimize downtime.
• Track inventory, purchase orders, and equipment deliveries to support operations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, schedules, and reports.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting maintenance needs, and monitoring expenditures.
• Support equipment installations and ensure new assets are integrated into maintenance programs.
