Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have professional training in mechanical or related field.
• Clear oral and written communication skills.
• Some manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook Suite.
• Experience with FIIX is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Operations, Stores, Engineering, Maintenance, Electrical & Instrumentation, and other departments.
• Plan all work orders by analyzing them into basic steps and determine sequence, parts, tools and rentals; obtain drawings and procedures as needed.
• Estimate all costs for work orders as required.
• Initiate and plan work orders for repairs discovered from preventive maintenance inspections; obtain approvals.
• Develop standard work for recurring tasks.
• Maintain equipment history records including closed work orders, PM checklists, drawings, and modifications.
