Job summary

ProAmpac in Ontario, US, CA, is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to support our 24/7 maintenance team. You would coordinate work orders, parts, and contractors to keep production running smoothly.

This role requires strong computer skills, familiarity with maintenance systems, and the ability to communicate professionally with suppliers and internal teams. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am–5 pm, with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Experience with maintenance work orders and inventory management.
• Proficient with basic computer skills and safety training.
• Experience coordinating OEM technicians and outside contractors.
• Familiar with Velocity and Maintemyzer systems.

Responsibilities

• Organize repair and maintenance work; track time/materials used.
• Update work order status in systems and reports.
• Monitor and maintain maintenance inventory levels.
• Coordinate OEM technicians for repairs and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate outside contractors for on-site work.
• Attend regular meetings and safety trainings.
