Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Maintenance Planner to ensure safe, reliable operation of a highly technical facility. You will plan, schedule, and optimize maintenance activities, collaborating with maintenance, operations, engineering, and leadership to maximize asset availability and minimize downtime.

Utilizing CMMS (PeopleSoft CMMS) and ERP systems, you will develop work scopes, manage outages, and support reliability initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in maintenance planning or related roles.
• Experience with CMMS (PeopleSoft preferred) and ERP/CMMS platforms.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate across maintenance, operations, engineering and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance work orders in CMMS.
• Prioritize activities based on equipment criticality and production needs.
• Coordinate maintenance technicians, contractors, tools and materials.
• Develop outage plans and support capital projects.
• Analyze maintenance data to improve equipment reliability.
• Prepare detailed scopes and execution plans for outages.
