Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Maintenance Planner for a highly technical industrial facility in the United States. This role plans, schedules, coordinates, and optimizes maintenance to maximize equipment availability and reliability while reducing downtime.

Reporting to site maintenance leadership, you will collaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams, utilizing CMMS (PeopleSoft) and contributing to asset management and long-term maintenance strategy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in maintenance planning, maintenance coordination, reliability support, or related roles.
• Experience supporting plant outages, shutdowns, and capital projects.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Experience with CMMS for work order management and asset tracking.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and optimize maintenance work orders.
• Coordinate maintenance technicians, contractors, tools, and materials.
• Develop outage plans, inspection programs, and reliability initiatives.
• Ensure documentation of labor, materials, and equipment history.
• Support asset reliability programs and long-term maintenance strategy.
