Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Maintenance Planner to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of a highly technical industrial facility in Pennsylvania. You will plan, schedule, coordinate, and optimize maintenance activities to maximize equipment availability and support uninterrupted plant operations.

Reporting to site maintenance leadership, you will drive operational excellence through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs, outage planning, and capital project support,

Qualifications

• Experience planning and scheduling maintenance activities in a high‑hazard or technical industrial setting.
• Ability to analyze maintenance history and trends to prioritize work.
• Familiarity with preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities to maximize equipment availability.
• Develop outage plans and manage work scopes and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with maintenance, operations, engineering and site leadership.
• Utilize CMMS (PeopleSoft) to create, review and close maintenance work orders.
• Support reliability initiatives and asset management strategies.
