Job summary
Reworld Projects, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Planner to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of a highly technical industrial facility in New Jersey. You will plan and schedule maintenance, outages, and reliability initiatives, coordinating with multiple teams and using CMMS as the primary system.
You will help drive asset performance, manage work scopes, and support capital projects while maintaining safety and environmental standards, reporting to site maintenance leadership.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance planning within an industrial environment.
- Experience supporting plant outages, turnarounds, and capital projects.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, instrumentation systems.
- Proficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities to maximize equipment availability.
- Develop maintenance plans, work scopes, and outage schedules.
- Coordinate with maintenance, operations, engineering, and leadership teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation of labor, parts, and equipment history.
- Collaborate with Storeroom for parts readiness.
- Support capital projects and major repairs, including outage planning.
