Job summary

You will plan, schedule, and optimize maintenance activities, coordinating with maintenance, operations, engineering and site leadership to maximize asset availability and reduce downtime.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in maintenance planning, coordination, reliability support or related roles in industrial settings.
• Experience supporting outages, shutdowns, turnarounds, and capital projects.
• Strong organizational, planning, communication, and analytical skills.
• CMMS experience for work orders, scheduling, and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and optimize preventive, predictive, corrective, and reliability‑focused work orders.
• Prioritize activities based on equipment criticality, schedules, and resources.
• Create, review, track, and close work orders with accurate labor and materials data.
• Coordinate technicians, contractors, tools, and materials for planned work.
• Support outage planning, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Develop outage scopes, schedules, and execution plans for major maintenance.
• Analyze history and performance data to improve reliability.
