Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC in Oshkosh, WI is seeking an experienced Maintenance professional to improve equipment reliability and asset availability. You will develop maintenance schedules, manage parts inventory, and lead predictive and preventative maintenance initiatives to keep production running smoothly.

You will review work orders, provide technical guidance on projects, and coordinate internal teams and external contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Associates or Bachelor degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Four-year degree from an accredited college meets formal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Promote safe work habits and improve safety procedures and goals.
• Ensure equipment, parts and personnel are available to complete work orders with minimal downtime.
• Create and communicate work orders based on maintenance requests and schedules.
• Review completed work orders for discrepancies and formally close them.
• Provide technical advice on equipment modification and time estimates for projects.
• Prioritize planned work based on availability and safety impact.
• Coordinate and manage contractor services as needed.
• Collect data on equipment breakdowns and contribute to preventative programs.
• Implement and manage preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
• Develop and deliver training to the maintenance workforce.
• Monitor progress on difficult projects and coordinate external resources.
