Job summary

AAK Newark is seeking a Maintenance Planner to manage planning, scheduling, and CMMS administration for the site. You will coordinate preventive, corrective, emergency, and predictive work, ensuring parts, labor, and information are available for safe and timely execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in industrial maintenance planning/scheduling.
• Proficient with CMMS for planning, scheduling and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily/weekly maintenance schedules in the CMMS.
• Triage incoming work requests and set priority.
• Plan work orders with parts, labor, tools, and procedures.
• Build and refine PM task library and PM schedules.
• Generate PM work orders and monitor PM compliance.
• Collaborate with Reliability team on PdM findings to create planned work orders.
• Maintain maintenance backlog and schedule aging.
• Administer CMMS including asset hierarchy and data integrity.
• Coordinate with MRO on parts availability and lead times.
• Develop maintenance KPI and metrics reporting.
• Align schedules with production priorities and outages.
• Maintain job plans and equipment documentation.
• Support root cause analysis and reliability improvements.
