Job summary

Isolatek International in New Jersey is seeking a Maintenance Planner to support the Maintenance department. The role coordinates parts, tools, and inventory to ensure work orders run smoothly and that technicians have what they need, while collaborating with production and office staff.

The incumbent will manage inventory, receive materials, and use CMMS software to track orders and assets, working closely with the Maintenance Manager to optimize workflows and reliability.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience preferred
• Previous work in maintenance preferred
• Familiarity of foundry operation
• Familiarity of CMMS software systems

Responsibilities

• Ensure inventory levels are adequate and parts are available for work orders
• Complete work orders and receive materials
• Organize materials and maintain CMMS records
• Collaborate with Maintenance Manager to quote and place orders
• Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager
