Job summary

ADM in Camp Hill, PA is seeking a Maintenance Planner to organize work from the backlog using the CMMS. You will develop planning to support efficient maintenance and reliability programs, ensuring proactive maintenance and repairs are executed on time.

The role requires a two-year technical degree or equivalent experience, strong CMMS knowledge, and solid understanding of manufacturing plant operations. You will review orders, schedule work, manage materials, and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

Two-year technical degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Technology is preferred or equivalent field experience.
Extensive knowledge and experience with a CMMS.
Detailed understanding of a Manufacturing Plant Operation and Maintenance.
Maintenance planning experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Review scope of work and perform field walk downs for approved work orders to determine needed time, materials, crafts, and tools.
Edit work orders to ensure accuracy, standardization, proper support documentation, timeframe, and updates as needed.
Order all required materials and verify accuracy before scheduling the work.
Update or create PMs to ensure assets have PMs with detailed instructions and are up to date.
Review backlog and planning list for duplicate work orders.
Hold backlog review/clean-up meetings.
Group work orders to optimize resource utilization.
Incorporate technician feedback into continuous improvement processes.
