WM Management is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to support our maintenance team in Parsons, TN. You will organize work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, parts, and records to keep equipment and facilities running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, good communication with maintenance and outside vendors, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a manufacturing environment. This is a full-time on-site position with standard hours.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with maintenance work orders and preventive maintenance scheduling is preferred.
• Familiarity with basic computer applications and vendor coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping.
• Ability to communicate with maintenance, production, and external vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, log, and prioritize maintenance work orders with supervision.
• Maintain preventive maintenance calendars and notify staff of tasks.
• Monitor requests, follow up on status, and report downtime.
• Order and track parts and supplies within approved limits.
• Coordinate service visits, contractors, and equipment documentation.
• Keep maintenance logs, histories, and inspection records up to date.
• Assist in tracking maintenance expenses and parts usage.
• Promote safe work practices by routing concerns promptly.
