• Supervise, coach, and evaluate maintenance employees; recommend training and corrective action as appropriate.
• Establish and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and equipment service standards.
• Oversee troubleshooting and repairs to minimize downtime and recurring failures.
• Ensure maintenance work follows lockout/tagout, machine guarding, and other safety procedures.
• Coordinate maintenance support with production leaders, vendors, and contractors.
• Monitor maintenance work orders, budgets, parts inventories, and equipment reliability indicators.
• Investigate recurring equipment issues and recommend improvements to maintenance processes.
• Maintain accurate records and lift major equipment, staffing, and safety concerns to plant leadership.
