WM Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Parsons, TN. You will organize daily maintenance work orders, oversee preventive maintenance, and coordinate with production leaders and vendors to keep equipment running efficiently.

The role requires hands-on supervision, strong organization, and the ability to maintain records, schedules, and safety procedures. A high school diploma and practical maintenance knowledge are required.

• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and work-order tracking systems.
• Effective communication with maintenance, production, and outside vendors.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and maintenance terminology preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan and assign daily maintenance activities based on production needs and equipment priorities.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate maintenance employees; recommend training and corrective action as appropriate.
• Establish and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and equipment service standards.
• Oversee troubleshooting and repairs to minimize downtime and recurring failures.
• Ensure maintenance work follows lockout/tagout, machine guarding, and other applicable safety procedures.
• Coordinate maintenance support with production leaders, vendors, and contractors.
• Monitor maintenance work orders, budgets, parts inventories, and equipment reliability indicators.
• Investigate recurring equipment issues and recommend improvements to maintenance processes.
• Maintain accurate records and escalation major equipment, staffing, and safety concerns to plant leadership.
