Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum five years in a maintenance-related field.
• Two or more years analyzing maintenance data focusing on asset management and spare parts optimization.
• Working knowledge of CMMS and ERP systems; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule corrective and preventive maintenance activities based on task requirements and priority levels.
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintain alignment between the Maintenance Department and Stockroom.
• Create, maintain, and manage work orders, asset records, and maintenance documentation within the CMMS.
• Coordinate task lists, materials, and resources for plant-wide shutdown activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and service providers supporting planned maintenance work.
• Collaborate with Stores to develop, maintain, and update Bills of Material (BOMs).
• Partner with the Maintenance Manager and Operations Team to schedule project work and maintenance activities as needed.
