Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with more than 5 years of Maintenance experience or Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Strong spoken and written communication, internal & external customer service, and organizational skills.
• Excellent working knowledge of Google Office Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• CMMS experience with SAP, Maximo, or eMaint a plus
• Microsoft Projects experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Follow maintenance work management best practices by: Review all new work requests, generate work orders, designate priority, and provide initial estimates for backlog determination.
• Apply technical and maintenance experience to identify the scope and plan for maintenance activities given available resources, criticality of work, and available maintenance windows.
• Plan each work order to the appropriate level of detail to allow the safe and efficient execution of the work.
• Generate a weekly schedule utilizing 100% of the available man-hours by assigning resources to prioritized work.
• Facilitate a weekly schedule meeting and communicate the schedule to all plant stakeholders the week prior.
