Job summary

Maker’s Pride, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Planner to expertly schedule and optimize maintenance activities at our McComb, Ohio facility. You will manage CMMS workflows, plan predictive and preventive maintenance, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to keep plant operations on schedule.

This role emphasizes accuracy in PM documentation, parts stocking, and reporting, with a focus on improving reliability and reducing downtime across the site.

Qualifications

• Preferred 3 years’ experience in an industrial maintenance setting.
• Experience with CMMS programs (EAM and/or MVP1) is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Train team members in the use of the CMMS System.
• Manage work order flow from creation to closing.
• Plan and schedule predictive/preventive maintenance work orders.
• Generate, schedule and assign PM tasks.
• Audit completed work orders and PMs for quality.
• Manage the Work Order Back Log to maximize resources.
• Coordinate with contractors for services and inspections.
