Job summary

Lineage is seeking a Maintenance Planner responsible for prioritizing, planning, scheduling, and coordinating all maintenance activities at the facility and customer sites. The role requires working with leadership, vendors, and safety/compliance teams to ensure on-time, safe, and compliant maintenance execution and reporting.

The position involves maintaining CMMS/EAM systems, managing documentation for compliance, and providing timely leadership updates.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years data entry and/or fleet maintenance coordination experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Ability to input data with high accuracy.
• Able to work in temperatures in cold storage and hot storage with PPE.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends or rotation.
• Comfortable with varying noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, plan, schedule, and coordinate all maintenance work.
• Coordinate with maintenance vendors for timely repairs.
• Communicate resource schedule to leadership including potential shutdowns.
• Maintain CMMS/EAM to update work orders and track metrics.
• Track compliance records and provide status updates.
• Interface with safety and environmental resources as needed.
• Provide feedback on continuous operating improvement.
