Aventure Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Planner & Analyst to oversee end-to-end maintenance workflows in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on improving equipment reliability, optimizing CMMS data, and ensuring accurate inventory for production.

Requirements include 2+ years in maintenance planning, CMMS/ERP proficiency (NetSuite a plus), and strong analytical and communication skills. Hybrid work options and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in maintenance planning or a related manufacturing role.
• Hands-on CMMS/ERP experience; NetSuite a plus.
• Data analysis and spreadsheet proficiency.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with GMP/food safety; certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Planning & Scheduling to align with production downtime.
• Systems & Analytics: maintain CMMS, KPI tracking, root-cause analyses.
• Materials & Inventory: forecast MRO parts and assist cycle counts.
• Operations Support: coordinate with technicians and contractors.
