Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Maintenance Planner for an on-site role in Thornton, CO. You will plan, schedule, and oversee all preventive maintenance activities, collaborate with suppliers, and ensure minimal impact on client operations.

You will maintain CMMS usage, generate reports, and support engineering operations and field hardware deployments while delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experience in customer service support in a technical environment.
• Experience with CMMS; Corrigo preferred.
• Experience with SQL Server and MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule all preventive maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders to avoid service disruption.
• Maintain and train users on the CMMS system.
• Generate performance reports and analyses for clients.
• Support engineering operations and field hardware deployment.
