Job summary

MAC Incorporated seeks a Maintenance Planner for our Aurora, CO plant to manage preventative maintenance, plan weekly work, and optimize CMMS-driven workflows. The role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical repair experience and the ability to lead RCA initiatives.

You will work 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, with overtime as needed, and collaborate closely with the Maintenance Manager to ensure asset reliability and compliance with SQF/HACCP/GMP standards.

Qualifications

• CMMS and master data management experience.

• Mechanical and electrical repair experience.
• Experience leading RCA processes.
• English reading/writing; Spanish a plus.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to overtime.
• FEMA/RCM knowledge.
• Knowledge of QA: HACCP, GMP.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CMMS data and PM tasks.
• Review work orders ensuring Safety/Data requirements.
• Maintain assets cradle to grave incl. BOMs and critical spares.
• Drive reliability improvements and reduce downtime.
• Manage spare parts and stock levels.
• Publish weekly maintenance plan.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Manager on actions.
• Document all maintenance activities in CMMS.
• Support preventive maintenance program to reduce downtime.
