Job summary

Dessert Holdings Inc. in Aurora, CO, is seeking a Maintenance Planner to own the maintenance planning and CMMS systems on site. You will lead standard work, ensure asset data integrity, and drive reliability and availability of plant resources while supporting food safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience with CMMS and master data management.
• Mechanical and electrical maintenance background.
• Experience leading RCA processes and countermeasures.
• Knowledge of failure modes and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Understanding total cost of ownership; ability to coach maintenance standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CMMS and ensure SIMPTWWI data on all job plans.
• Maintain cradle-to-grave CMMS records for assets, including BOMs and PMS.
• Drive reliability improvements by focusing on top losses in daily direction meetings.
• Manage spare parts process and ensure safe stock levels and maintenance strategies.
• Publish weekly maintenance work plan and coordinate 30/90 day actions.
• Support PM program to continuously reduce unscheduled downtime.
• Ensure SQF, HACCP, GMP practices to maintain safety and quality.
• Document maintenance activities in CMMS and follow procedures.
