Job summary

The successful candidate will estimate labor hours, materials, and costs, read blueprints, and develop standard job plans for recurring repairs, while supporting audits of the maintenance program.

Qualifications

• Mechanical/electrical/instrumentation background required.
• Ability to estimate labor hours and materials.
• Strong planning, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Understanding of GMP and quality practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules, and coordinates maintenance and calibration activities.
• Converts Work Requests into Work Orders and tracks progress.
• Maintains accurate CMMS data and backlog files.
• Ensures safety requirements are prioritized in planning.
• Prepares and participates in scheduling meetings with Operations/Maintenance.
• Develops standard job plans for recurring repairs.
• Supports audits and inspections of the maintenance program.
