Job summary

Materion Elmore, OH is seeking a Maintenance Planner to optimize preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for the Primary Operations area. You will organize work orders and coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Stores, and Procurement to ensure timely execution.

The role requires developing PM/PdM strategies, leading planning meetings, and maintaining CMMS data to reduce downtime and total cost of ownership of assets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associates degree in technical/manufacturing field preferred.
• Undergraduate engineering/technical degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan preventive, predictive, corrective, and project maintenance work orders.
• Develop and maintain PM/PdM/overhaul strategies for assets.
• Lead area maintenance planning meetings and prioritize work.
• Maintain accurate CMMS data for equipment and parts.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Stores, Procurement, and IT.
