Role Overview:

Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for optimizing processes and passionate about smooth operations? Join us as a Maintenance Planner to ensure our facilities operate at peak efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring schedules are met and emergencies addressed.
• Collaborate with suppliers for repairs, prioritize equipment needs, and manage spare parts.
• Promote safety and compliance, participating in training and audits.
• Guide maintenance teams, manage staff, and coordinate with other departments.
• Monitor KPIs, manage work orders, and use SAP to analyze and improve maintenance processes.

Qualifications:

• Technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.
• Knowledge of maintenance practices, equipment, and systems like PCM and SAP.
• 4+ years of experience.

Skills and Behaviors:
