Job Title: Maintenance Planner

Duration: 6 months contract with possible extension

This is an onsite role

Summary:

The Maintenance Planner is responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance and calibration work for all Production, Engineering, and Facilities equipment and instrumentation at a Radio-Biopharmaceutical processing site.

Major Accountabilities:

1. Utilize CMMS Blue Mountain to create equipment records, develop maintenance work plans, and schedule work in alignment with the production schedule. Verify assets, work plans, and calibrations for new and existing equipment onsite.
2. Provide technical support for Maintenance resources and Reliability Maintenance teams through KPI and non-conformance pattern reporting.
3. Generate regular statistical reports for management and stakeholders.
4. Manage contracted vendors for site calibration and preventive maintenance activities across Production, Engineering, and Facilities equipment.
5. Schedule and oversee onsite vendors with Maintenance and Facilities support during execution.
6. Coordinate off-site calibrations and ensure timely returns to maintain CMMS schedule.
7. Understand detailed Maintenance Plans and execute Work Orders as needed.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Expertise in CMMS Maintenance and Materials Management, developing preventive and predictive maintenance plans, and applying Reliability Centered Maintenance techniques. Extensive experience in Root Cause Failure Analysis. Preferred experience with SAP S4HANA, Power BI, and e-Crib spares management.

Educational and experience requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or 6 years of relevant Maintenance Planning experience without a degree.

Broad exposure to electrical, mechanical, pneumatic controls, aseptic environmental controls, and associated materials and tools used in biopharmaceutical processing equipment such as production isolators, synthesis modules, and sterilization systems.
