An established industry player is seeking a Maintenance Planner to oversee the planning and scheduling of maintenance and calibration work at a cutting-edge biopharmaceutical processing site. This role involves utilizing advanced CMMS software to create and manage equipment records, ensuring that all maintenance activities align with production schedules. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintenance planning, with expertise in Reliability Centered Maintenance and Root Cause Failure Analysis. Duration: 6 months contract with possible extension
This is an onsite role
The Maintenance Planner is responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance and calibration work for all Production, Engineering, and Facilities equipment and instrumentation at a Radio-Biopharmaceutical processing site.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Expertise in CMMS Maintenance and Materials Management, developing preventive and predictive maintenance plans, and applying Reliability Centered Maintenance techniques. Extensive experience in Root Cause Failure Analysis. Preferred experience with SAP S4HANA, Power BI, and e-Crib spares management.
Educational and experience requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or 6 years of relevant Maintenance Planning experience without a degree.
Broad exposure to electrical, mechanical, pneumatic controls, aseptic environmental controls, and associated materials and tools used in biopharmaceutical processing equipment such as production isolators, synthesis modules, and sterilization systems.
