Qualifications

• 5+ years of data entry experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
• 5 years of Industrial Maintenance experience.
• 2+ years CMMS experience (eMaint preferred).
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed preventative maintenance schedules and work orders (heavy data entry).
• Coordinate and schedule all preventative maintenance activities with the team.
• Ensure maintenance work complies with safety regulations and standards.
• Maintain records of maintenance, equipment condition, and costs in CMMS.

Our Hodge Foundry location began operation in 1876 and built a reputation for quality casting from its Greenville, Pennsylvania location. Position: Maintenance Planner (5am ~ 1:30pm)

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Developing and managing detailed preventative maintenance schedules and work orders (heavy data entry - computer work)
• Coordinating and scheduling all preventative maintenance activities with the team
• Ensuring that all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and industry standards
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance performed, equipment condition, and maintenance costs in CMMS
• Working with engineering and operations teams to plan and implement equipment modifications and upgrades
• Work closely with MRO Buyer and/or purchasing team
• Facilitate work orders and completion.
• Assist in any other assigned duties.

Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:

• 5+ years of strong computer skills / data entry experience
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)
• 5 years of Industrial Maintenance experience
• 2+ years CMMS experience (eMaint preferred)
• Able to work independently and/or with a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards
• Familiarity with maintenance equipment and supplies procurement processes
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Strong problem-solving skills

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

• Position requires the ability to stand, sit or walk for long durations.
• Indoor and outdoor climate conditions during all seasons and in varying temperatures (hot/cold/dirty).
• Handle moving objects: Using hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials.
• The ability to see details at close and distant range with depth perception and the ability to see colors.
• Perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking stooping and handling materials.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
