Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic Maintenance Manager with foundry experience to lead all maintenance operations in a high-volume production facility. You will drive preventive maintenance, manage budgets, lead a team of technicians, and partner with operations to maximize equipment reliability.

This hands-on leader will use welding, hydraulics, and PLC programming skills to troubleshoot complex equipment, implement continuous improvement, ensure OSHA compliance, and deliver safe, efficient performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in maintenance management in foundry/manufacturing.
• Strong budgeting, project management and facility management experience.
• Proven leadership of high-performing teams.
• Expertise in welding, hydraulics and PLC programming.
• Experience driving process improvement and efficiency.
• Solid knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Understanding of OSHA compliance in manufacturing.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Engineering degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated team leadership abilities, with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
• Expertise in welding, hydraulics, and PLC programming.
• Experience in process improvement, with a track record of driving efficiency and productivity enhancements.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems.
• A solid understanding of OSHA compliance requirements in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information to a variety of stakeholders.
• A degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
