Job summary

Pennex in Leetonia, OH is seeking a Maintenance Parts and Inventory Coordinator to support the Maintenance Department with clerical, inventory, and logistical tasks. You will manage spare parts in the CMMS, coordinate quotes, assist with POs, organize parts, and prepare kits for planned maintenance.

Strong data handling, supplier communication, and attention to detail are essential. Two to five years in industrial inventory or purchasing roles is preferred; CMMS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to read equipment documentation, memos, and instructions.
• Strong written and verbal communication with suppliers and internal teams.
• Excellent organizational and inventory management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain maintenance spare parts inventory with location accuracy.
• Receive parts and verify against POs and packing slips.
• Organize and store parts in designated locations.
• Update CMMS with spare parts records and BOMs.
• Obtain vendor quotes and support PO processing.
• Prepare and stage parts kits for planned maintenance.
• Assist maintenance staff in locating parts for repairs.
• Contribute to inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Provide administrative support to maintenance/manufacturing.
