First-rate candidates have 3–5 years in plant maintenance or inventory control, experience with a CMMS, and strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to keep parts flowing smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in plant maintenance, MRO, inventory control, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience using a CMMS.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage MRO inventory, including spare parts, equipment, and maintenance supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and order parts as needed to support maintenance and production.
• Prepare and stage parts for preventive maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Receive, organize, and store incoming materials.
• Ensure inventory processes and documentation are accurate and up to date.
• Work closely with maintenance and production teams to support daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized storeroom while following all safety procedures.
