Job summary

Parker Management is seeking a Maintenance Operations Manager to lead a multi-site maintenance team that supports store operations. You will own technician scheduling, work-order assignment, dispatch, backlog management, and performance coaching to ensure reliable maintenance coverage.

The role emphasizes proactive management, balancing workloads, prioritizing based on business needs, and driving improvements in scheduling, response times, and service quality across stores.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years maintenance management experience required.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, on-call and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage daily technician schedules, prioritizing work based on urgency, location, complexity, and store impact.
• Assign and balance workloads, optimize routes, and adjust schedules for emergencies.
• Coordinate parts, vendors, and resources to resolve obstacles and keep work progressing.
• Monitor work-order completion and technician productivity using ServiceNow and operational reports.
• Escalate productivity issues and backlog with data and corrective actions.
• Lead, coach, and develop technicians to achieve productivity, quality, safety.
