Job summary

Fetch Home Management in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Maintenance Manager to own the operational backbone of our maintenance department, ensuring work orders move from open to verified-closed without gaps.

You will oversee inventory, scheduling integrity, and work order quality control, partnering with the Maintenance Supervisor and Coordinators to build scalable systems in a fast‑moving company.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, maintenance operations, construction management, or similar hands-on operations.
• Ability to own end-to-end processes and hold others accountable—diplomatically but firmly.
• Strong organizational skills to track multiple work orders, technicians, and inventory streams.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management — maintain visibility and control over maintenance inventory and stock levels.
• Scheduling — oversee the scheduling across maintenance coordinators to keep orders moving on a timeline.
• Work Order Closeouts — verify job completion before tickets are marked done and reduce rework.
• Coordinator Coverage — cover Coordinator responsibilities during absences or queues to prevent stalls.
• Keeping Things Moving — act as the operational checkpoint and uphold standards for job completion.
