Job summary

S&K Building Services is seeking a driven Operations Manager to own field operations in a fast-paced environment. You will lead dispatch, scheduling, safety, and quality control while coaching technicians and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily field activities, enforcing standards, and ensuring timely invoicing. Excellent communication and a hands-on approach are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of operations, field service, or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and job site best practices.
• Proven ability to train teams and hold people accountable.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A high level of organization and follow-through.
• Comfort with scheduling systems, inventory tracking, and Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to be in the field regularly.

• Jump into the field when needed to support the team.
