Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• High School diploma preferred.
• Must provide own hand tools.
• Certifications: EPA Core, Type I Appliances, Type II HVAC, Certified Pool Operator.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with Community Manager.
• Ensure safety training and property safety audits.
• Perform onsite inspections, repairs, and installations per BH standards.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs and inventory for repairs.
