Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• EPA Core, Type I Appliances, Type II HVAC, and Certified Pool Operator certifications.
• Advanced computer skills to coordinate and respond to resident/management requests.

Responsibilities

• Schedule maintenance staff and communicate assignments.
• Oversee safety training and property safety audits.
• Inspect and maintain property equipment and handle repairs.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs.
• Respond to resident requests and manage on-call duties.
