Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• Advanced computer skills and industry-specific technology to coordinate and respond to requests.
• Regularly performs manual, task-oriented work independently and prioritizes tasks.
• High School diploma preferred; preferred certifications in safety and HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Using independent judgment, prepare and adjust maintenance staff schedules and assignments.
• Provide safety and skill training for maintenance personnel and assist with safety audits.
• Conduct daily property and grounds inspections and address hazards or repairs.
• Monitor resident satisfaction and ensure follow-up by maintenance staff; ensure repairs meet company standards.
