Qualifications

• Two years industrial maintenance experience required, plus six years of combined maintenance and/or people management required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a group of maintenance technicians.
• Plans, organizes, staffs, directs and controls day-to-day operations.
• Ensures compliance and addresses variances and budget concerns.
• Communicates quality and safety expectations.
• Manages CMMS activities and work orders.
• Provides technical expertise in electrical/mechanical systems.
• Completes quality audits of technician work tasks.
• Identifies improvements to the material handling system.
• Acquires bids and manages vendors for maintenance/repair needs.
