Job summary

Mission Rock Residential, LLC is seeking a Service Manager (Maintenance) to lead the day-to-day maintenance operations for a mid-rise property, ensuring standards and compliance. You will supervise the maintenance team, plan preventive work, and coordinate repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more.

The role includes after-hours on-call, vendor management, and training. Compensation ranges from $29.00 to $31.00 per hour with a potential bonus, plus a full benefits package and growth

Qualifications

• Experience managing a mid rise property
• Knowledge of federal fair housing laws and local housing provisions
• Ability to work within budgetary guidelines
• Knowledge of general property repairs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pools, carpentry, drywall, exterior structure, appliances)

Responsibilities

• Schedule, monitor, and perform preventative maintenance at the property
• Coordinate day-to-day maintenance operations
• Direct and supervise maintenance team activities and training
• Diagnose problems and complete repairs across building systems
• Perform daily property inspections and maintain cleanliness with the team
• Manage vendor/contractor relationships and quality control
• Complete unit turns, painting, drywall, and wear-and-tear repairs
• Respond to after-hours on-call emergencies on a rotation basis
