Amazon is seeking a Senior Maintenance Manager in the NACF ARS SE Region to lead site-based maintenance operations and develop the next generation of maintenance leaders. Qualifications

• 10+ years of managing large complex facilities organizations experience.
• 7+ years of senior management and leadership responsibilities experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and mentorship to Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers, fostering professional growth and performance excellence.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive preventative maintenance programs, manage site budgets and capital spending plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize equipment uptime and operational efficiency.
• Ensure rigorous adherence to safety protocols and procedures across all operational areas in partnership with site leadership.
• Manage vendor relationships, coordinate external contractors, provide technical leadership on equipment end-of-life decisions using ROI analysis, and leverage Amazon's network size for economies of scale.
• Travel domestically up to 15% to support network-level initiatives and provide guidance across multiple sites.

Formation

Bachelor's degree

Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background

2+ years of Amazon RME Full Time Exempt experience
