Job summary

Tiburon Community SNF, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to plan, organize, and direct our Maintenance Department, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards. You will coordinate across departments to maintain a safe, comfortable facility and manage safety programs and budgets.

Responsibilities include developing policies, supervising maintenance staff, and reviewing surveys to implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of three years in a supervisory maintenance role.
• Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, and related systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Familiar with building codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, and direct the Maintenance Department.
• Develop and maintain maintenance policies and procedures.
• Coordinate maintenance services with other departments (Dietary, Nursing, Activities).
• Supervise safety and fire protection programs; ensure proper PPE use.
• Conduct weekly rounds to verify duties and procedures.
• Prepare and monitor the Maintenance Department budget.
• Review inspections and implement corrective actions.
