Job summary

Pleasanton South Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Maintenance Department, ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents, and uphold the facility's quality standards.

You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate across departments, maintain records, perform inspections, and respond promptly to resident needs while protecting health and safety in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Sufficient knowledge and experience in long-term care.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English; bilingual ok.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance department daily operations to ensure safety and comfort.
• Lead and motivate maintenance staff; coordinate between departments.
• Maintain records and paperwork on schedule.
