Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the ongoing care and operation of our California communities. You will supervise buildings, grounds, security, and mechanical assets while coordinating housekeeping, laundry, and transportation services in line with policy.

You will manage vendor relationships, implement preventative maintenance, review budgets, and lead staffing with a focus on safety and efficiency across campuses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Bachelors/Technical degree required.
• Four years maintenance supervision experience required.
• HVAC experience or training preferred.
• Working knowledge of machinery, tools, repair techniques, plumbing and related repair.
• Experience with electrical systems, phone systems, fire panels, emergency response systems and disaster preparedness.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Provides leadership by exhibiting confidence in self and others; inspires and motivates others to perform well.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the maintenance of the buildings, grounds, security and mechanical assets of the Community.
• Executes housekeeping, laundry and transportation services according to community policy and procedures.
• Oversees total operation and maintenance of the campus and high standards of construction.
• Develops vendor relationships and negotiates contracts for maintenance services.
• Conducts inspections on apartments prior to occupancy.
• May receive after hours maintenance emergency calls.
• Develops and implements a preventative maintenance program and work order system.
• Plans and leads housekeeping/laundry operations in compliance with laws.
• Reviews monthly financial statements and implements action plans for deficiencies.
• Processes and submits monthly expenses and budget data.
• Completes staffing and scheduling according to guidelines.
• Ensures transportation vehicles are well maintained and inspected for safety and cleanliness.
• Oversees safe passenger transport from community area to destination.
